Currently the Group operates under two brands: Cabify and Easy, targeting both consumer and corporate clients. Cabify, founded in 2011, is focused on the private vehicle segment, offering a top-quality service. Easy, acquired in March 2017, is focused on delivering an efficient and no-frills taxi ride. Being a leader in LatAm and Iberian markets, the next steps are to consolidate presence, scale, and generate barriers to entry. The company raised $407 million from Rakuten, Seaya Ventures, and other investors in 7 rounds.
